Artist Tang Qishan's Works Featured at Guangzhou Design Week 2024

The 2024 Guangzhou Design Week officiallycommenced as a grand event for the design industry, simultaneously held acrossthree venues: Guangzhou Poly World Trade Expo, Guangzhou InternationalProcurement Center, and Nanfeng International Convention and Exhibition Center.Under the theme "Together," the event focused on "'Design +Material Selection' for new models in contemporary living aesthetics."

With an exhibition area of 180,000 square meters,the event attracted over 1,000 brands and institutions from more than 20countries worldwide, spanning design, cultural creativity, art, trends, smarttechnology, soft furnishings, materials, and high-end customization. Estimated attendance   surpassed 450,000 visitors.

At booth 13E17-23 on the first floor of theGuangzhou International Procurement Center,   a collection of distinctivecontemporary artworks was displayed. Created by artists including Tang Qishan,these works varied in style and carried profound depth. They showcased theartists' reflections on art and personal expression while highlighting thesophisticated integration of contemporary art and design aesthetics,contributing significantly to the event's vibrant artistic atmosphere.

The exhibition layout was modern and refined,with the space thoughtfully divided into multiple zones, each organized arounddifferent artworks. Through the strategic placement of display furniture andsculptures, the setup accentuated the details and textures of the works whileproviding visitors with a comfortable and unique viewing experience, greatlyenhancing inquiry and purchase intent. Many visitors had the opportunity toappreciate these original artworks up close, experiencing the charm of art anddesign in dialogue, making visual art a standout cultural highlight of theevent and enriching Guangzhou's cultural life.
